We may decide to discontinue our Services, but if we do, we will give you advance notice and a refund for any prepaid, unused Services.
Replacements, refunds or credits to your account for items claimed by you as not received are subject to investigation and remedial action by Target in its sole discretion.
Except as set forth below, all purchases through the Platform are final and Buyer is responsible for all approved charges.
