Customers bear financial responsibility for any losses Replicate or its affiliates suffer as a result of the customer's use of the services, including potential litigation costs.
You are required to cover Replicate's and its affiliates' losses, including legal defense costs, if those losses arise from your use of the services.

Your obligations in Section 6.2 (Indemnification by Customer) of this Agreement will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law, regulation, or procedure.
