Replicate Acceptable Use Policy

This document governs how you may use Replicate's services, what you can be charged for, and how disputes are handled. Your subscription renews automatically, you can be charged for failed runs, and unused prepaid balances are forfeited after twelve months with no refund. If you have a dispute with Replicate, you must pursue it through individual arbitration only — you cannot sue in court or join a class action.

This document establishes the terms under which Replicate provides its services, setting out user obligations, billing mechanics, intellectual property rights, dispute resolution requirements, and prohibited conduct. Replicate grants customers all right, title, and interest it holds in generated output, including for commercial use, subject to third-party terms. Customers must indemnify Replicate and its affiliates against all losses arising from their use of the services, while Replicate excludes consequential and indirect damages and caps its aggregate liability at the lower of six months of customer payments or US$100. Disputes must be resolved through individual arbitration only, with class arbitration and court litigation prohibited. Prepaid credits expire twelve months after payment, are non-refundable, and carry no personal property rights except where law provides otherwise.

As a Replicate user, you bear financial responsibility for charges on partial or failed runs as logged by Replicate's systems, and any unused prepaid balance is permanently forfeited after twelve months with no refund or credit. Replicate's maximum liability to you is capped at the lower of your last six months of payments or US$100, and you cannot recover business losses or consequential damages from Replicate. You receive all IP rights Replicate holds in your generated output, including for commercial use, subject to any third-party terms on the underlying models. To avoid automatic renewal charges, you must actively cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
