Why it matters

Clicking a link on Redfin could take you to a third-party site with completely different privacy practices, and Redfin takes no responsibility for what happens to your data or experience there.

Consumer impact

Redfin's Terms of Use significantly limit your legal options: by using the platform, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding private arbitration rather than in court, and you permanently waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against Redfin. You also assign full ownership of any feedback you submit — including improvement suggestions — to Redfin, and grant Redfin a broad royalty-free license to use, distribute, and promote any other content you upload. You can opt out of the mandatory arbitration clause by sending a written notice to Redfin within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
