The AS IS provision means users receive no warranties about the condition, quality, or fitness of the service, and access itself is explicitly unguaranteed.
Interpretive note: The excerpt contains two related but legally independent propositions — no guaranteed access and AS IS provision — which are closely linked; the canonical claim states both as the primary combined effect of the clause. The AS IS designation typically carries implied warranty disclaimers under applicable law, but that legal consequence is not stated in the excerpt and is therefore not reflected in any field.
