What it is

You have the right to ask Palantir to show you, correct, or delete your personal data, and you can do this by emailing privacy@palantir.com.

Consumer impact (what this means for users)

EU, UK, and California residents can email privacy@palantir.com to request a copy of all personal data Palantir holds about them, demand deletion, or object to processing — and Palantir is legally required to respond within statutory deadlines (30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA).

What you can do

⚠️ These actions may provide transparency or partial mitigation but may not fully address the underlying issue. Effectiveness varies by jurisdiction and individual circumstances.
  • Delete Your Data
Email privacy@palantir.com with your name, the nature of your request (access, deletion, or objection), and sufficient information to identify your account or data. Palantir must respond within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA).
