OneLogin Terms of Service

This document sets out the rules for using OneLogin's Service. OneLogin can change the terms, suspend your account, or shut down the Service at any time without notice, and continued use counts as your agreement to any changes. If you cancel, your uploaded content is deleted immediately with no opportunity to retrieve it, and all fees you have paid are non-refundable.

This document establishes the terms governing a user's access to and use of the OneLogin Service. OneLogin grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access the Service solely for internal business operations, while retaining sole discretion to suspend or terminate accounts and to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. OneLogin disclaims all warranties and excludes liability for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, and exemplary damages, capping total liability at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. All fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable, all content uploaded is deleted immediately upon cancellation with no grace period, and disputes must be brought exclusively in federal or state courts in San Francisco, California.

As a user, you are bound by these terms through continued use of the Service, even if the terms change without notice. Your uploaded content is deleted immediately upon cancellation with no grace period for retrieval, so you should export any data you need before cancelling. OneLogin makes no warranties about the Service, will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and caps its total liability at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. Any dispute must be brought exclusively in San Francisco, California courts.
