Neon's Privacy Notice explains how Neon collects, uses, and shares your personal information, including sharing it with advertisers who track your activity across services to show you targeted ads. If Neon updates this Notice, continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms — your only alternative is to stop using the service and deactivate your account. You have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, and transfer of your personal information.
Neon's Privacy Notice establishes the data collection, usage, sharing, and rights framework governing users of its Sites and Platform Services. Neon automatically collects device and browsing information from Site visitors, shares personal information with online advertising providers for behavioral targeting, and may transfer user information in business transactions including pre-closing activities. De-identified and anonymized data falls entirely outside the Privacy Notice's restrictions and may be used or disclosed for any purpose. Users are granted rights to access, correct, delete, and transfer their personal information, though Authorized User data uploaded to the Platform is governed by a separate Customer agreement rather than this Notice. Neon may update the Privacy Notice at any time, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes; users who disagree must stop using the Services and deactivate their Databricks account.
When you visit Neon's Sites, device and browsing data including your IP address may be collected automatically, and your information may be shared with advertising providers who build behavioral profiles across services and time. Data you upload as an Authorized User is governed by your organization's Customer agreement with Neon, not this Privacy Notice, and your organization's administrators can access, change, restrict, or terminate your account access. If Neon changes its Privacy Notice and you disagree, you must stop using the Services and deactivate your Databricks account — continued use constitutes acceptance. You can exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, or transfer your personal information by submitting a request to Neon.
