This document governs the personal use of Mistral AI's consumer-facing products, including Le Chat and Mistral AI Studio, by users residing outside the European Economic Area, and is structured as a binding contract formed upon account creation or product use. The agreement states that users retain ownership of Inputs and Outputs but grants Mistral AI a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that data for product provision, optimization, and, under specified conditions including free or Le Chat Pro or Student subscriptions where opt-out has not been exercised, for AI model training.
