This obligation means the licensee bears the financial and legal burden of defending Meta against third-party claims that stem from the licensee's own use or distribution of the Llama Materials.
If a third party brings a claim against Meta that arises out of or relates to your use or distribution of the Llama Materials, you are required to indemnify and hold Meta harmless.

In the event you are required to indemnify us pursuant to this Agreement or any court rulings, you must secure all necessary approvals and consents from regulatory authorities for the remittance of any indemnified amount to us.
