During the Subscription Period, you will be billed for the Subscription Fees on a recurring basis, as set out on our Platform (Billing Cycle).
If Customer selects this option, Customer will not be committed to purchase the Services for a pre-defined term, but will pay Fees based on its daily usage of the Services, billed monthly in arrears.
For Services with a fixed base charge, the charges are due at the beginning of each billing period.
