How other platforms handle this
During the Subscription Period, you will be billed for the Subscription Fees on a recurring basis, as set out on our Platform (Billing Cycle).
If the Transitional Period exceeds the term defined in the Agreement, the Parties will agree to extend the term of the Agreement, solely for the purposes of an orderly Switch. Such extension will be subject to the payment of the applicable Fees for continued access to the Mistral AI Products.
If Customer selects this option, Customer will not be committed to purchase the Services for a pre-defined term, but will pay Fees based on its daily usage of the Services, billed monthly in arrears.
