ConductAtlas Analysis

Institutional analysis (regulatory & governance intelligence)

1. REGULATORY LANDSCAPE: The 30-day return policy may interact with consumer protection regulations in certain jurisdictions that mandate minimum cancellation or cooling-off periods for software or subscription services, though this agreement governs B2B relationships where individual consumer protection regulations may apply differently. EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights establishes cooling-off periods for B2C digital services; B2B applicability is jurisdiction-dependent. 2. GOVERNANCE EXPOSURE: Low. The provision is operationally clear and provides a defined, favorable mechanism for initial order evaluation. The exclusion of Advisory Services from the return policy is a material carve-out that procurement teams should note when evaluating bundled product and services orders. 3. JURISDICTION FLAGS: No heightened jurisdiction-specific exposure identified for this provision in the B2B context. The provision applies globally based on its terms. 4. CONTRACT AND VENDOR IMPLICATIONS: Procurement teams should document the 30-day return window in contract tracking systems to ensure the option is available if initial deployment reveals product fit issues. Orders that bundle Products and Advisory Services should be reviewed to confirm which components are eligible for return and which are not. 5. COMPLIANCE CONSIDERATIONS: No specific regulatory compliance review required for this provision beyond confirming that the refund request process through the Atlassian account is operationally accessible to the relevant Customer personnel.
