A breach of the Terms — even a minor one — can void insurance coverage entirely, leaving the user personally liable for the full cost of any damage incurred during that breach.
If you are in breach of the Terms or applicable insurance terms at the time damage occurs, you bear the full cost of that damage with no coverage from Lime's personal accident or rider liability insurance.
