ConductAtlas Analysis

Why it matters (compliance & governance perspective)

This provision establishes a contractual dispute window that is materially shorter than the chargeback windows available through most payment card networks (typically 60 to 120 days), and asserts a no-refund policy subject only to applicable law requirements. Users who miss the 10-business-day window may have limited recourse through Lime's internal process, though card network chargeback rights may apply independently.

Consumer impact (what this means for users)

The agreement requires users to raise charge disputes within 10 business days from the end of the billing month. Lime's stated refund policy provides no refunds except as required by law, with all other exceptions at Lime's sole discretion.
