Unilateral Terms Amendment with 30-Day Notice

Medium severity

What it is

Leonardo.Ai can change the rules of your agreement at any time. If you keep using the platform after they notify you (or after 30 days, whichever comes first), you automatically agree to the new terms.

Consumer impact (what this means for users)

Leonardo.Ai can unilaterally modify the Terms of Service and deems continued platform use as acceptance within 30 days of notification, potentially binding users to materially less favourable terms without affirmative consent — this is particularly significant for EU users where GDPR requires explicit consent for changes to data processing terms.

What you can do

⚠️ These actions may provide transparency or partial mitigation but may not fully address the underlying issue. Effectiveness varies by jurisdiction and individual circumstances.

Why it matters (compliance & risk perspective)

Your agreement with Leonardo.Ai can change without your explicit consent — continued use of the platform counts as acceptance, which means important rights (like data use or liability terms) could change without you actively agreeing.

View original clause language
We may amend these Terms at any time, by providing reasonable advance notice of any change to the Terms that, in our sole determination, materially adversely affect your rights or your use of the Service. By continuing to use our Platform after the notice or 30 days after notification (whichever date is earlier), you agree to the amended Terms.
