By default, ownership of Deliverables vests in Egnyte, not the customer, unless the parties specifically negotiate otherwise in a Statement of Work.
Unless your Statement of Work specifies differently, Egnyte retains ownership of all Deliverables it produces, and you receive no ownership rights in them beyond what is separately granted.
