How other platforms handle this
If you are a third party interacting with our Services not as an Organizer or a Consumer, the API Terms of Use and/or Trademark and Copyright Policy might be applicable to you.
In the event that Customer uses the API within an Application which is distributed on third-party platforms (e.g., mobile apps), it is Customer's sole responsibility to comply with any and all requirements and terms of service of such third-party platforms.
To the extent that you host any such end user data not already accessible by Plaid, upon Plaid's reasonable request, the parties agree to cooperate in good faith to negotiate and initiate an arrangement for Plaid to access such end user data on behalf of end users.
