You agree that the limitations of liabilities set out in these Terms and Conditions are fair and reasonable in the circumstances.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Anyscale hereby grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to permit Customer's Authorized Users to access and use the Platform Services during the Subscription Term, solely for Customer's internal business purposes.
Any disputes arising from Team Assets shall be borne by the Team Owner or the responsible Team Member(s), who shall assume the corresponding legal liability.
