The agreement requires users to resolve all disputes with 23andMe through individual binding arbitration, waiving the right to participate in class actions or jury trials. The company's liability for genetic testing errors, health reports, or service failures is capped at the amount the user paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. You can opt out of the arbitration clause by sending written notice to 23andMe within 30 days of first agreeing to the terms, using the contact method specified in the arbitration section of the agreement.
