Twilio Terms of Service

Twilio revised its Terms of Service in an update detected on September 2, 2026. The change makes two modifications: it adds a statement that the Terms are available in Spanish (Mexico), Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, and Hungarian for reference purposes; and it restructures the arbitration venue clause by removing an unnecessary parenthetical, clarifying that arbitration for users outside the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Andorra, Vatican City, Monaco, Turkey, Albania, and Nigeria occurs in San Francisco, California. The revised language does not materially alter where arbitration takes place or which users are subject to which venue—it is a clarification of existing geographic scope.
