Gumroad Terms of Service

Gumroad revised its multi-account policy in an update detected on August 4, 2026. Previously, the terms prohibited holding more than one Account per platform or social network service. The updated language narrows this restriction to prohibit multiple accounts only when used to evade suspensions, misrepresent identity, or conceal related account ownership. The revised terms now explicitly permit holding multiple accounts for genuinely separate brands or businesses, provided registration data is accurate, and introduce a mechanism for users to create linked additional accounts through Gumroad's feature or to disclose existing related accounts on request.
