Wix Terms of Use

By using or registering for Wix, you agree to its Terms and must resolve almost all disputes with Wix through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you give up the right to join class-action lawsuits. If you are an Eligible Israeli User with a Light or Core Paid Service, you can cancel at any time for any reason and receive a proportional refund within 14 days. If you created your account before a Terms update, the new terms take effect about two weeks after they are published.

The Wix Terms of Use establish the conditions under which users may access and use Wix Services, treating use or registration as informed consent to the full Terms. The document requires binding individual arbitration for virtually all disputes, with a class-action and representative-action waiver, while preserving a user opt-out right explained in Section 19. For Eligible Israeli Users, a separate addendum governs Light and Core Paid Services as indefinite recurring subscriptions, granting unconditional cancellation rights at any time for any reason, specifying cancellation timing, and obligating Wix to issue a proportional refund within 14 days of receiving a Cancellation Notice. Policy changes bind pre-existing account holders approximately two weeks after publication, rather than immediately.

For most users, the most consequential aspect of this document is that virtually all disputes with Wix must be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not in court, and class or representative actions are waived. However, users have the right to opt out of the arbitration clause by following the process described in Section 19. Eligible Israeli Users holding Light or Core Paid Services may cancel their subscription at any time for any reason and are entitled to a proportional refund to their connected payment method within 14 days of Wix receiving the Cancellation Notice, which takes effect immediately upon receipt or within 6 business days if sent by registered mail.
