Users grant Whatnot a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, fully transferable license over submitted content, while sellers additionally grant Whatnot and its Affiliates a sublicensable license over their livestreams and seller IP. All transaction payments are non-refundable and non-transferable except as the Terms expressly provide or law requires, and sellers face structured financial penalties for breach or non-permitted cancellations. US users are bound to individual binding arbitration with a 30-day written opt-out window and a class action prohibition, and Whatnot disclaims all warranties and excludes liability for consequential, indirect, punitive, and related categories of damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Users must be at least 18 to create an account. Any content submitted gives Whatnot a permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, and distribute it worldwide.
