This provision establishes that the Global Privacy Notice does not necessarily govern all data practices for all Visa products; users of specific platforms are directed to read product-level notices at sign-up to understand the applicable data terms for that service.
Interpretive note: The specific products and platforms with separate notices are not enumerated in this document; the full scope of product-level privacy terms cannot be assessed from this page alone.
The agreement directs users to review product-specific privacy notices at sign-up, indicating that data collection, use, and sharing practices may differ across Visa platforms and that the Global Privacy Notice alone may not reflect the complete privacy terms applicable to a given product.

(1) REGULATORY LANDSCAPE: Product-specific notices may engage additional regulatory frameworks depending on the nature of the product, including open banking regulations, payment card industry standards, or sector-specific data protection rules. The CFPB has oversight authority over certain Visa payment products and related data practices in the U.S. (2) GOVERNANCE EXPOSURE: Medium. The existence of product-level notices means that a comprehensive data map of Visa's data practices requires identification and review of all active product notices, which are not enumerated in this document. (3) JURISDICTION FLAGS: Products available in the EEA, UK, or Brazil may require product-specific notices to satisfy GDPR, UK GDPR, or LGPD transparency requirements independently of the Global Privacy Notice. (4) CONTRACT AND VENDOR IMPLICATIONS: Organizations integrating Visa products through APIs or partnership agreements should confirm which product-specific notice governs their integration and whether that notice contains data processing terms relevant to their compliance obligations. (5) COMPLIANCE CONSIDERATIONS: Compliance teams should request a complete list of active product-specific notices from Visa when conducting vendor assessments, and verify that each notice has been reviewed and assessed for applicable regulatory requirements.
