The updated policy clarifies that Uniswap collects account data and may collect email addresses when users opt into specific features like wallet recovery or in-app wallet functionality. The policy maintains that direct personal identifiers (name, address, date of birth, precise location) are not collected during typical use of the Services. The policy now explicitly covers additional Uniswap properties including the Uniswap Wallet mobile app, Developer Platform, and several additional websites. You can choose whether to provide an email address for optional features, and no email is required to create or use a wallet with Uniswap Wallet.
