"The Company may grant you infrastructure on which you access, modify, or otherwise use models trained by third parties and/or with third-party data (collectively, "Third-Party Models"). Such models may come with their own terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to comply with the terms and conditions of those models. Export control regulations including EAR may apply to certain model providers. (2) GOVERNANCE EXPOSURE: High for enterprise customers using multiple model providers. The user's sole responsibility for compliance with externally hosted terms creates compliance surface across multiple independent licensing regimes, each of which may impose restrictions on commercial use, redistribution, or fine-tuning. (3) JURISDICTION FLAGS: Model provider terms may impose geographic restrictions or additional compliance requirements for EU, UK, or other jurisdictions that operate independently of the Together AI agreement. (4) CONTRACT AND VENDOR IMPLICATIONS: Procurement teams must independently review each third-party model license listed in Section 15 before deployment. The conflict resolution mechanism, which gives model terms precedence over the Together AI agreement, means that Together AI's indemnification carve-out for third-party model term violations is directly linked to this provision. (5) COMPLIANCE CONSIDERATIONS: Legal teams should maintain a registry of third-party model licenses in use, assess whether each model's terms permit the intended commercial deployment, and establish a review process for license updates by model providers.
