Stripe may terminate this Agreement or close your Stripe Account at any time for any reason effective upon providing you Notice. Stripe may also suspend your access to the Services at any time in Stripe's sole discretion.

Stripe can terminate or suspend accounts immediately, cutting off access to payment processing and potentially funds held in reserve. You can review and negotiate reserve terms before signing, and should maintain alternative payment processing arrangements as a contingency.
