Any automated tool used to access StockX — including AI shopping agents — is bound by these Terms, meaning the human or business deploying such a tool bears responsibility for its compliance.
The updated terms explicitly state that automated agents, bots, APIs, and AI-based tools accessing your account on your behalf are covered by the agreement, and you are responsible for all actions those tools take. Previously, the terms referenced electronic agents more generically. The revised language directly obligates account holders for automated activity, meaning if a buy-for-me agent, API, or bot violates platform rules through your account, you bear liability for that violation.
