Customers generally cannot cancel payment commitments or obtain refunds once fees are incurred, limiting financial recourse to only those exceptions explicitly stated in the Agreement or mandated by applicable law.
You cannot cancel your payment obligations or obtain a refund of fees paid, unless the Agreement expressly provides for it or applicable law permits it.
How other platforms handle this
If a payment is not successfully processed, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated.
You also authorize us to retry any failed authorizations. We may use data provided to us by our partners to determine when to schedule such retries.
Charge interest on any overdue payments at a rate equal to the Reserve Bank of Australia's cash rate, from time-to-time, plus 2% per annum, calculated daily and compounding monthly.
