The updated privacy policy now applies to Robinhood Social, a new social media product, alongside Robinhood's financial services. The policy explicitly states that Robinhood collects conversation and input data when you interact with AI chatbots on the application or website, though it clarifies these responses are informational only and not investment advice. Geolocation collection has been expanded from GPS-only to include approximate or precise location data in accordance with device permissions; precise geolocation may be required to trade Events Contracts.
