Customers who do not consume their full prepaid balance within 12 months permanently lose the unused funds with no possibility of recovery.
Any prepaid amount you do not use within 12 months of payment is permanently forfeited; you will not receive a refund or credit for the unused balance.
How other platforms handle this
If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to use the canceled service until the end of your then-current subscription term. The subscription will not be renewed when your then-current term expires.
You also authorize us to retry any failed authorizations. We may use data provided to us by our partners to determine when to schedule such retries.
