In all other cases, these Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by us without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof shall be null and void.
To the extent permitted by law, where the goods or services (as applicable) are supplied in trade within the meaning of the Fair Trading Act 1986, the parties agree to contract out of sections 9, 12A, 13, and 14(1) of that Act.
Regardless of who terminates these Terms, both you and Snap continue to be bound by Sections 2, 3 (to the extent any additional terms and conditions would, by their terms, survive), and 6 - 25 of the Terms.
