By using Poshmark, you agree to its terms automatically—no signature required—and those terms bind you to final sales with almost no ability to return or get a refund. Any dispute with Poshmark must go through private arbitration on an individual basis, meaning you cannot join a class action. Poshmark can also change its fees or close your account at any time without warning.

Poshmark's Terms of Service establish the conditions under which users access and transact on the platform, with assent triggered by access or use alone and extending to all incorporated policies. The document creates a binding contract between buyer and seller upon offer acceptance, imposes a no-returns, no-refunds rule subject only to narrow enumerated exceptions, and requires users to grant Poshmark a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to copy, modify, distribute, and make derivative works of all posted content. Once a seller accepts your offer, a binding contract exists and purchases are final: returns, refunds, and cancellations are not available except if you cancel within three hours of purchase or Poshmark initiates the cancellation. Any content you post is treated as non-confidential and publicly accessible, and you grant Poshmark a perpetual, irrevocable license over that content that cannot be withdrawn even if you leave the platform. Poshmark can suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice or explanation, and remove all your items and content. If you have a dispute, you must first attempt to negotiate with Poshmark in good faith for at least sixty days before initiating arbitration; you can submit that written notice of your claim to Poshmark to start the sixty-day window.
