What it is

Any content you create or share on PlayStation — including videos, screenshots, and messages — can be used by PlayStation for any purpose, anywhere in the world, forever, without paying you.

Consumer impact (what this means for users)

Content creators who share game clips, screenshots, or other user-generated content on PlayStation platforms effectively grant PlayStation unlimited, permanent, royalty-free rights to exploit that content commercially.
