This analysis describes what Peloton's agreement states, permits, or reserves. It does not constitute a legal determination about enforceability. Regulatory applicability and practical outcomes may vary by jurisdiction, enforcement context, and individual circumstances. Read our methodology
Access to all Peloton Service content and features is entirely conditional on maintaining an active subscription; no partial or residual access is preserved after cancellation or termination.
If your subscription ends for any reason—whether you cancel it or Peloton terminates it—you lose access to all content and features on the Peloton Service.
How other platforms handle this
While your Subscription is paused, neither you, nor your Authorised Users, will have access to the Services, and you will not be charged Subscription Fees for the period of suspension.
Because our Services may be utilized without a subscription, canceling your subscription does not remove your profile from our Services. If you wish to fully terminate your account, you must terminate your account as set forth in Section 9.
Inactivity does not constitute automatic cancellation, so unless you cancel your account in accordance with this section, you will continue to be charged for subscription to the Services.
