The updated terms now require all disputes with Paramount+ to be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, and prohibit participation in class action lawsuits. This means individual users cannot join group litigation against the company and must pursue disputes through a private arbitration process, which may be more costly and less transparent than court proceedings. You will be billed for any Subscription Fees due at the beginning of each Billing Cycle.
Calendly will bill the Fees in advance. Customers who qualify for invoice-billing are billed immediately at the start of the Initial Subscription Term...payment of which is due thirty (30) days from the first day of the then-current Subscription Term.
If Customer selects this option, Customer will not be committed to purchase the Services for a pre-defined term, but will pay Fees based on its daily usage of the Services, billed monthly in arrears.
