The updated terms now require all disputes with Paramount+ to be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, and prohibit participation in class action lawsuits. This means individual users cannot join group litigation against the company and must pursue disputes through a private arbitration process, which may be more costly and less transparent than court proceedings.
