The updated terms now require all disputes with Paramount+ to be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, and prohibit participation in class action lawsuits. This means individual users cannot join group litigation against the company and must pursue disputes through a private arbitration process, which may be more costly and less transparent than court proceedings. Only one trial or promotional subscription is available per household. If your DashPass subscription is ever terminated for any reason, you shall not be eligible for a free trial on any subsequent DashPass subscription.
Free trials are available only to users that have not previously subscribed to the Services or previously received a free trial.
