Enterprise customers who deploy Mistral AI models on their own infrastructure may lack a formal acceptable use framework unless one is specified in their commercial agreement. The exclusion of partner-infrastructure deployments requires that customers using Mistral AI through third-party integrations identify which governance terms apply to those use cases. 3) JURISDICTION FLAGS: EU AI Act deployer obligations apply regardless of whether a platform provider's acceptable use policy covers the deployment.
