This is Mistral AI's Terms of Service for people outside Europe who use products like Le Chat and Mistral AI Studio. The most important thing to know is that if you have a free account or a Le Chat Pro or Student subscription, Mistral AI will use your conversations to train its AI models by default unless you actively opt out in your account settings. You should log into your account settings now and opt out of model training if you do not want your conversations used to train AI.

This document governs personal consumer use of Mistral AI's products (including Le Chat, Mistral AI Studio, and related APIs) by individuals residing outside the European Economic Area, constituting a binding contract upon account creation or product use. Key obligations include user responsibility for Input accuracy and legality, prohibition on reverse engineering or commercial redistribution, compliance with Mistral AI's Usage Policy, and age minimums of 13 years.
