ConductAtlas Analysis

Why it matters (compliance & governance perspective)

This provision establishes the operational framework governing how contractual terms evolve during the service relationship. It creates an asymmetric modification mechanism where the platform operator retains unilateral authority to alter terms while users retain the discrete option to terminate their account in response to changes.

Interpretive note: The adequacy of notice provided for newly launched features that do not require prior notice may be assessed differently under EU consumer protection law compared to the U.S., creating jurisdictional variance in enforceability.
