(4) CONTRACT AND VENDOR IMPLICATIONS: Procurement teams evaluating LangSmith for pilot deployment should assess whether production or sensitive data is processed during trial or beta periods, as no data retention rights exist under this tier. Organizations should confirm that internal data governance policies restrict sensitive data from No Charge Access tiers. (5) COMPLIANCE CONSIDERATIONS: Compliance teams should classify No Charge Access deployments separately from paid subscriptions in data inventory and risk assessments, noting the absence of contractual data retention and indemnification protections.
