The updated policy now explicitly discloses that Indeed collects phone numbers as part of device information, a personal data category that was not previously itemized in the device information section. The policy also expands the stated legitimate interest basis for data processing to include 'improving our Sites and services' beyond the prior focus on safety and security. Under the revised terms, Indeed reserves the right to use collected phone numbers and other device data for these expanded purposes.
