The updated terms now explicitly disclose that Impact collects log data (IP address, browser type, ads interacted with) from website visitors, as well as location information and cookies depending on device permissions. The terms clarify that Impact does not receive personally identifying information such as names, addresses, or credit card numbers. You can enable or disable location services through your device settings, and you can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, though doing so may limit functionality on Impact's website or its clients' websites.

Except as provided in the dispute resolution section above, all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts of San Francisco, California.
