Groq Terms of Use

This document is Groq's Terms of Use (effective October 15, 2025) governing access to and use of groq.com and associated websites, explicitly excluding Groq's cloud services such as GroqChat, GroqCloud, and Groq Playground, which are governed by a separate Groq Services Agreement. The terms grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only, and the agreement states that Groq reserves the right to modify or discontinue the websites at any time without notice and without liability to users. The terms include a broad intellectual property clause prohibiting data mining, scraping, crawling, and circumvention of IP blocks, and assert that continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms, a mechanism that may face scrutiny under consumer protection frameworks in certain jurisdictions that require affirmative consent to material changes.
