Groq Terms of Use

Groq's Terms of Use set the rules for using its websites and establish that any content you post can be used by Groq permanently and irrevocably, even after you stop using the service. If something goes wrong, Groq's maximum financial responsibility to you is $100, and you must bring any legal claim within one year. Groq can also change these Terms or shut down the service at any time without warning.

These Terms of Use establish the conditions under which Groq grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access its Websites for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Users who post content grant Groq a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in any media worldwide. Groq caps its total liability to any user at USD $100, excludes all indirect, incidental, consequential, and exemplary damages, and provides the Websites on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. The Terms are governed by California law with exclusive venue in Santa Clara County, and all claims must be filed within one year of accrual or are permanently barred. Groq reserves sole discretion to modify the Terms or discontinue the Websites at any time, with or without notice.

As an individual user, you receive only a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access Groq's Websites, and any content you post is subject to a permanent, irrevocable license that Groq may sublicense to third parties — you cannot later withdraw that permission. Groq's liability to you is capped at $100 regardless of the harm you experience, and indirect losses such as lost data or lost profits are entirely excluded. The Websites are provided without warranties on an 'as is' basis, and Groq can modify or shut them down at any time without notice. Any claim you wish to bring must be filed within one year of when it arose, in state or federal courts in Santa Clara County, California, under California law.
