How other platforms handle this
Because our Services may be utilized without a subscription, canceling your subscription does not remove your profile from our Services. If you wish to fully terminate your account, you must terminate your account as set forth in Section 9.
Inactivity does not constitute automatic cancellation, so unless you cancel your account in accordance with this section, you will continue to be charged for subscription to the Services.
These Terms and the licenses granted hereunder may be assigned by the Company but may not be assigned by you without the prior express written consent of the Company.
