Immediate Notification of Unauthorized Account Use

The updated terms require all disputes to be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court litigation or class actions. The agreement explicitly states that users are giving up the right to sue in court, participate in class actions, and have access to a judge or jury, with arbitration discovery and appeal rights being more limited than court proceedings.
