Version history

ElevenLabs updated its Terms of Service with several clarifications and additions. The company added language stating that when a Service incorporates another ElevenLabs Service or model, the applicable Supplemental Terms for that incorporated Service also apply. The terms now explicitly state that users are responsible for reviewing Output before use or distribution, that Output is generated by AI and does not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and that users are responsible for exporting any Content they wish to retain before access ends. The terms also clarify that Third-Party Services are not Services under the Terms, and that any provision that by its nature should survive termination will survive.
