We reserve the right to transfer our rights under these Terms and provide the Services using another entity, provided that entity upholds these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide to us or our payment processor, including, without limitation, any credit card you provide when completing a transaction.
To the extent that any provisions in the Business Terms of Service conflict with these Terms, the Business Terms of Service shall govern to the extent of the conflict.
